Rooted in New Balance's commitment to craftsmanship, is the Flimby factory, founded in 1982, and exclusively producing the Made in UK collection.
Since 2018, New Balance has created a limited edition London Marathon Made in UK shoe, to celebrate performance and its partnership with the TCS London Marathon. The annual release has become a sought after piece among runners and collectors alike, due to its limited availability and deep connection to one of the world's most iconic races.
In 2025, to celebrate both the brand's heritage but also partnership, we formed a still life art class, hosted by Teoni with U.K. key contacts and Press attending and giving their best try at creatively capturing the Made in UK collection. Post celebrations included a special vinyl DJ set, receiving the sought after product and coming together with the creative community over tailored British select food and drinks.
